WeHub Demonstration at ‚Mensch und Computer 2022‘ in Darmstadt

We presented the result of our BMBF-funded research project PraktikApp on September 5, 2022 during the 'Mensch und Computer' Conference at the Technical University of Darmstadt. In the afternoon, we first introduced WeHub in a short presentation in the so-called Darmstadtium. Parallel to the evening event of the conference, we then explained the WeHub concept and demonstrated the first applications of the first prototype for over two hours in the Otto-Berndt-Halle. The enthusiastic feedback from our visitors clearly showed us the need for the social applications that the interactive table projector offers and motivates us to continue working on the implementation of the concept.

Auf der Mensch-und-Computer-Konferenz an der technischen Universität Darmstadt haben wir am 5. September 2022 das Projektergebnis aus unserem BMBF-geförderten Forschungsprojekt PraktikApp präsentiert. Am Nachmittag haben wir WeHub zunächst in einer Kurzpräsentation im sogenannten Darmstadtium vorgestellt. Parallel zur Abendveranstaltung der Konferenz haben wir in der Otto-Berndt-Halle anschließend über zwei Stunden das WeHub-Konzept und die ersten Anwendungen des ersten Prototyps vorgeführt und erklärt. Das begeisterte Feedback unserer Besucher*innen zeigte uns deutlich den Bedarf für die sozialen Anwendungen, die der interaktive Tischprojektor bietet, und motiviert uns, weiter an der Umsetzung des Konzeptes zu arbeiten.
