Design quality @ BMW

BMW design invited me to their design quality workshop on Friday, 27 May 2011, in Munich. I am going to give a keynote on Experience Design and its potential use in the context of designing automobiles ... Unfortunately this workshop is not public, but you can meet me in Munich a month later, on Wednesday, 29.
